Order Processing
All of our products are made to order. After your order is successfully placed, production typically takes 1–3 business days. Once production is complete, the package will be handed over to the carrier, usually within 3 days.
Delivery Time
After the order is shipped, delivery generally takes 10–15 business days to arrive at your address. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Exchanges for Defective Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may request a free replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact our support team with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
For regular returns, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached (including the security tag if applicable)
- In the original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
